EXHIBITORS General Information

The Exhibit times for the NCWP conference are as follows:

• Sunday April 24, 2005 - 7am to 4pm Exhibitor set up
  
• 6pm to 7pm Welcome Reception for all attendees and exhibitors
  (depending on the weather this may take place in the exhibit hall)
  
• Monday April 25, 2005 - 8am to 5pm Exhibit hall open
  
• Tuesday April 26, 2005 - 8am to 5pm Exhibit Hall open
  
• Wednesday April 27, 2005 - Break down - usually our exhibitors stay from 8am
  to 9am then breakdown once the general session starts.
  
• ** We suggest that the exhibit table have personnel prior and post of the
  general session, during breaks, during lunch and just after the afternoon
  sessions end.
  
• ** Any coffee breaks will be served in the exhibit hall
